1. Money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — Pro subscription, Lifetime, and one-off admin service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the order date.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net and find your transaction by email, or contact us at support@georoots.app and we will forward the request to Paddle.
3. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the current paid period and no further charges are made.
4. Processing time
Once approved by Paddle, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
